Shipping and Returns
Are you ready for the holiday season? We sure are!
To make sure that we can print and ship all of your orders on time for the holidays, we've put together these deadlines. Any orders that come in after these deadlines can't be guaranteed to arrive on time.
Returns
Because our tees are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your tee is damaged or has any issues, such as the print being off center, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
